Delivery Times

Australia (Domestic):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days

International:

  • Standard International: 7-21 business days
  • Express International: 3-7 business days

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Free Shipping: Orders over $100 AUD within Australia

Standard Shipping: $9.95 AUD (Australia)

Express Shipping: $15.95 AUD (Australia)

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

International Shipping

We ship Red Pulse products worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Important: Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance in your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific requirements.

All international orders are shipped with tracking included.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on our shipping partner's website.

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the information to update in the carrier's system.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on all Red Pulse products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return Shipping:

  • Australian customers: Free return shipping on defective items
  • International customers: Responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
